Booking: All appointments must be pre booked. Appointments 24 hours or more in advance can be booked through the booking portal. If you require a short notice or same day appointment then please ring 0864059898. Please do leave a message if your call is unanswered. I don’t answer the phone when dealing with another patient, but will return all calls as quickly as possible.
Pre-Appointment Questionnaire: All patients are required to complete the Covid Pre Appointment Questionnaire on the day of their appointment. If you answer yes to any of the questions then unfortunately your appointment will not take place and will be rescheduled.
What to Wear: Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Please avoid wearing much make up ad facial diagnosis can form part of the treatment. . It’s a good Idea to wear or bring shorts and a vest or t-shirt, the majority of acupuncture points commonly used are below the elbow, below the knee and on the back.
Arrival for your appointment: Please do not arrive too early for your appointment. We do not have a waiting room. You can wait outside the clinic or in your car and you will be texted immediately before your appointment begins to ask you to come into the clinic.
Masks: Both Patient and Practitioner will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the treatment as it is not possible to maintain a 2m distance during the treatment. If you do not have a mask you will be given a disposable mask on arrival.
Hand Sanitisation: Hand sanitizer is located directly inside the door and you are required to sanitise your hands on arrival.
Blankets: You are welcome to bring your own blanket if you wish. Alternatively, we have blankets available in the clinic which are washed at 60 degrees after each use.
Clinic cleaning protocol: We are following strict cleaning guidelines in relation to ensuring the clinic is a safe environment for each patient. This means that the treatment room, and especially touched surfaces are cleaned down between each patient and that the clinic is extensively cleaned on a daily basis.
Contact Tracing: We are using the contact tracing app on our phones and request that if possible patients do the same. Additionally, we will use your contact information from your booking in the event that contact tracing needs to be carried out.
Fees and Payment: The fee for your initial session (which includes assessment, cupping, acupuncture and or moxibustion as required) is €100.
Subsequent sessions are €70 per treatment.
New patients can avail of the following treatment packages:
Initial Consult, Diagnosis and 6 treatments – €375
You can pay these fees at the time of booking, or using the payment portal. I can accept payment by cash, credit card, paypal, or revolut bank transfer.
Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours notice cancellation is required, otherwise the fee is still chargeable.
